Arthur Fleischer Jr.Partner Arthur Fleischer, Jr. is Fried Frank's senior partner, resident in the Firm's New York office. He joined the Firm in 1958 and became partner in 1967. Mr. Fleischer's practice encompasses negotiated as well as contested transactions. He frequently advises special committees formed to review buyout proposals and corporate restructurings, and boards of directors on corporate governance. |
