Alexander R. SussmanOf Counsel Alexander R. Sussman is a member of the litigation department in Fried Frank's New York office. He joined the Firm in 1977, became a partner in 1979 and of counsel to the Firm in 2009. Mr. Sussman concentrates his practice in securities litigation, corporate and commercial trials and appeals, as well as merger and acquisition counseling and litigation. He represents clients in a wide range of complex matters, including class actions, derivative suits and financing and accounting disputes, as well as in alternative dispute resolution, arbitration and mediation. |
